The woman that i spoke with over the phone and had the pleasure youpf meeting was very kind and sincere, i really appreciate the fact that she was genuine and made it a real experience
Our dog was in bad shape, it happened suddenly, but their costs of tests or treatment is so excessive that even without doing one test, or any treatment, the cost to put my dog down was well over $300.

Yes they are up front about the costs, that doesn't make it right, taking advantage of people in emergencies.
So I have to agree with the review that this vet service is ALL about the money.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! This place only cares about your money and not your pet. They had the nerve to tell me they didn't know what was wrong with my baby and if I didn't pay an extra $3000 on top of what I already paid I needed to just put her down. They said that in the vet world it's 50/50 and if they don't know what's wrong, putting them down is the only option. When I told them I wanted to take her home they told me it was a horrible idea and I was making her suffer the worst death possible. As soon as I got her home, she would not stop drinking water and the next day she was walking, eating and drinking. For these so called animal lovers that work here, shame on you!!
Took my puppy here the other night after he got some cuts from barb wire(around 2am, long story). I appreciate them being up front with prices. They gave me an estimate, and while it wasn't cheap, everything on there was necessary(I am an RN). Reading the review underneath mine is disappointing to see that she thinks they are all about the money. I did not get that feeling at all while I was there. Just like any business, how would they stay open(24/7 at that) if they did free or discounted services.. AND it's an EMERGENCY room, It's going to cost more. Have you been to a human ER without insurance? Let the ER disappear and see how you feel when you have no where to go with an emergency. Then you will be complaining that they aren't here! Thank you guys for taking care of Biscuit! He(and I) appreciate it!
