My husband & I went to Zales looking for a wedding ring for him. We saw one that we wanted to look at. , so after waiting for 20 minutes for a sales men to help us I saw one standing by me, so I ask if we could look at a ring. The sales man said very rudely he was with a customer. The sales man didn't even look up. So Zales lost a sale & we will never buy anything from Zales!
Husband and I had been waiting for help and the sales associate knew bc she acknowledged us when we walked in. As soon as she was done with her customer she ignored us and went straight to the white couple that had just walked in. Don't shop here.
Good service
We went in today to look at some rings and I was very disappointed this time. There weren't near enough sales associates. We stood there for almost 20 minutes without being acknowledged. I finally stopped someone and asked to be helped, he said there is someone in front of you. Well, I had been watching and I should have been next in line. We have spent a lot of money in this store in the past but after customer service I received today, not sure how much of our money you will be getting in the future.
