I'm very unsatisfied with this store. Understaffed most of the time,understocked and unprofessional. Went for special photo event...never recieved photo. I will drive to the Rockwall location from now on even though I am 5 minutes away from the Mesquite location. I even emailed Petsmart about an online purchase where they substituted a product without contacting me first and they never responded. I subsequently returned the product to the store.
They are always helpful when I come in. They also openly share specials and freebies and don't hide them. Great staff.
PetSmart customer service is lousy only for that short stuff but I love to go in for all the beautiful displays in the healthy pets me I'm a fish person and nice selection of fish God bless
Worst service ever. The manager doesn't care about customer. When asked about an item I was told that it was not a store item, even though I was on the Petsmart website. He glanced at my phone, doesn't even attempt to see if they have anything similar, and just walks away without saying a word. Do these dumbass managers realize that they work in a customer service environment? The only reason he has his job is because customers shop there. He needs to be retrained as a manager and learn proper customer service skills. The only reason they even get a star from me is because it's mandatory. Otherwise they wouldn't get one at all.
Took my mini Australian Shepherd to get a bath and get trimmed up.. they told me 4-5 hours... called two and a half hours later and all they did was give her a bath, since when does it take five hours to have a dog groomed *with* an appointment. Not impressed at all.
