Vents on ceiling above food have dirt hanging down from them. I wonder how may times it's fallen in the food from never being cleaned. I noticed this today while waiting in line. I won't be returning to this location. Luckily ive only eaten here once before. Usually if the employees don't care about what the customers see then the back rooms are usually worse.
It's like most Chipotle ""Mexican"" Grill I kind of like this location a little more then the North Dallas location that I usually go to because the place seems bigger I know for a fact there parking lot is bigger I have no problem finding parking right in front of the door. I hear that the lines get really long but the day I went Tuesday at 7:30 it wasn't bad at all.
First time to a Chipotle and the food was great. Service was good too. However the chairs were uncomfortable and the wait was a little long. I will definitely be visiting again in the future.
undercooked rice horrible customer service, Came in on a sunday after lunch time and the rice was undercooked the meat was cold STEP YOUR GAME UP CHIPOTLE #NEVERGOINGAGAIN
Food was great staff was fast. It was a bit busy but the flow was steady. The quest tastes very bland and the chips are salted with lime salt, which was good the question could be better tho. Steak was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Great texmex food!
