Clean facility. Friendly and energetic staff. Expect delay when ordering food, must admit it was a bit chaotic. Overall its a good place for a date or to bring the kids. They also have a bar.
Great place to go watch a movie. I had accidentally picked two seats that were beside each other, but not sitting directly next to each other. I went to customer service and there was no charge to change our seats before the movie started!! Very comfortable seats to sit in.
I like the theater. The establishment itself is nice. Great concept. But I hate when places that are ABOUT to close stop cooking before close. Some people cant get there early enough to get movie nachos. "You can only get popcorn. We are about to close".
Trying to buy tickets to go to this AMC. Their website is down. So I call and sit through their automated phone system telling me to go to the website. Press one to talk to someone. Get a message telling me to go to their website and they're not taking calls. So literally no way for me to give them my money. Great job guys.
Worst service ever! Or server literally forgot all about us, food arrived cold. It was clearly sitting in a window with nobody delivering it. We were the first people in the theater and the first to order, we were also the last to get out cold food. Couldn't even complain because or waiter didn't bother to check on anything. We asked for more popcorn, it never came and had planned in ordering dessert, he bright us the check instead...his loss.
