Jeffrey is the best waiter I've ever had in my life. The guy who seated us had false eyelashes... that's just weird for a man. I wasn't overly impressed with the manager on duty but the food was good and Jeffery was exceptional.
I am normally a fan of the salad but this time it wasn't its usual awesomeness. They waiter was rude and threw the things on the table. Very disappointed today.
I will start with: The food is good but it’s Olive Garden so of course it is good. Now. The entire restaurant has an unpleasant odor. They say it’s the carpet. Whatever it is, there needs to be something done about it. I frequently visit here because I love the food. However, at this Olive Garden I consistently receive bad service. Sometimes it is OK. Never is it good service. Tonight my server walked up to the table with a cigarette behind her ear and then disappeared for around 10 minutes. There is just an overall bad culture at this location. None of the servers seem to care too much about their jobs.
O.G. has always been one of my favorite Italian food chains. The Town East location in the past few years has degraded in cleanliness, quality, and customer service unfortunately. Our latest experience found the carpet absolutely filthy, the noise level beyond comfort, and the client base less to be desired. One refreshing point was our waitresses (Amy). Her service was special. She made us feel welcomed, offered great suggestions, and was definitely well versed in customer service. Amy made our visit worthwhile.
They are usually pretty friendly, polite, and quick about their services. Food is always good. Tried the 5 cheese Italian foduta to start off with this time and it was delicious!
