When I met with Mr. Oberg, he was very reassuring as he gathered information and explained the process to me. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions. He and his assistant kept me informed throughout the process. The other party's insurance company did some posturing through the process as though this would go to Court, but in the end, Mr. Oberg achieved a satisfactory settlement for me without going to Court.
