Take my wife in for labor and delivery . Finished paperwork, check in and got to the room in 15 minutes. Nurses and Doctor were very friendly, respected, responsible, caring, supported, and professional . Meals were served 3 times a day. We were satisfied with all the services and happy that our daughter was delivered at this hospital.

Very nice staff from the time I walked in until the time I left. Everyone was caring and took care of me very well

Long story short rude customer service!! Kathy Lewis in check-in rolled her eyes at me twice and all I needed to know is where I needed to check my grandfather in. The only reason I kept my grandfather here is because they saved his life twice and also saved my friend's life. Amazing docters but have the worst staff.

my girlfriend delivered her. when we came and checked in a few months ago the nurse was very nice and gave us a little tour. the rooms are very easy to find because its a small hospital. when we finally came after her water broke our first nurse was very nice but seemed a littlee....unexperienced i guess...the morning nurse who i believe was sheila or sheina was AMAZING she tried everything for my gf to deliver vaginally, but it didnt happen. the c section went very smooth dr. yang did fantastic. monica was another nurse a little hard to understand but she just gives a WONDERFUL vibe my gf really liked her. and they feed her 3 times a day provide pillows blankets all that good stuff. the nursery nurses are absolutely great every single one of them you can tell your baby is in great hand with them! hospital needs a few nurses to fix there attitudes but overall we would come back to this hospital and we do recommend it. just our expirience hope this helps!

Very rude staff. I felt like I was treated like an enemy when I haven’t done anything wrong to them. I approached each and every staff in a friendly way but very few dealt with me nicely. I, also, always thought Filipinos have the most pleasant, charming personality, especially when it comes to work, but it changed that perception of mine after being here today. It was so depressing to have encountered the most unprofessional, ill-mannered, impudent people who were supposed to be patient and respectful. They are such a shame to the image of “Filipino Nurses”, such a shame!
