We were provided excellent sales service in our selection of a manually operated recliner for my 97 year old Mother. The delivery was on time and the delivery team was very courteous. We had thought that this easy to operate manual recliner would be sufficient for Mom, however, we determined quickly that she needed a recliner that didn't require any manual effort for her to operate. The Ashley Customer Service team was quick to let us upgrade my Mother to a power recliner at a very reasonable price, and to deliver it quickly. We were very pleased with all phases of experience with this store from sales, to delivery, to customer services.

Tony and Jason were awesome to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We met Tony almost 2 months ago when we happened to pop in to the Mesquite store. At the time, we were just window shopping. We've since visited quite a few other furniture stores, but Tony left quite an impression on us. We returned and completed our purchase today. New living ans dining room sets! Jason was training with Tony. They were great at making suggestions and recommendations any time we had a question or concern. I was very impressed with how quickly the purchase process was completed. They were able to work around our requested delivery date. We promised Tony we'd be back soon to purchase a new mattress set. Excellent experience all around!
I visited the Mesquite Texas store on October 19, 2017 and was greeted by Heather, who spoke very eloquently. Heather did not bombard me with questions, or try to up sell me, but allowed me to describe to her exactly what I was looking for. After providing assistance on my purchase, we proceeded to the back and spoke to the staff, Ms. Amy, regarding my account which was quick and painless. In my 25+ years of purchasing furniture, I can definitely say that today's experience at Ashley's was completely amazing. The atmosphere was extremely professional and surprisingly enjoyable .
I spent a ton of money here expecting the service and warranty to be an easy process like they will promise you to your face. However, this is not the case. The furniture has all fallen apart and all they do is give me the standard run around.

Jason listens to our needs and very knowledgeable about the products. Great addition to this Ashley’s Furniture store! Definitely referring him to all of my friends and family!!
