Then a large spanish man working the area points to my truck and said " i called for you and did not come" and starts LAUGHING AT ME!!!!.
I was just there. Have a monthly pass for over a year. Been coming here over 5 years. Seen a lot of turnover of employees.
Nice waiting area, friendly staff. I was not completely satisfied with my complete detail. For the price I expected for my car to be immaculate. There were areas that were missed. The carpet was clean but there was still dirt in some areas and even untouched in some areas. I would not recommend for a full detail.
NEVER SHOULD A EMPLOYEE OF YOUR CAR WASH LAUGH AT SOMEONE WITH A DISSABILTY.
I would suggest you have a stern talk with your employee. There are numerous car wash facility's that offer the monthly , that DO NOT LAUGH AT YOUR DISABLED CUSTOMERS .
Complete waste of my time!
I was one of the first 4 people to arrive in the morning and I paid for the $130 detail package for my husband's truck that took 1 1/2 hrs to complete. Got home and my husband pointed out stains that were still in the backseat, dirt that was still built up on the side steps, and bugs still in the grill. I naively thought since I paid that kind of money that I wouldn't have to worry about to quality of work. I'm still giving 3 stars though because I called and told them the problems and they had me bring it back to be redone. I did have to stand outside (at 5months pregnant in the Texas heat) and show them all the bugs that were STILL in the grill before I left. The man was nice though and hand scraped them off as I pointed them out. Not sure if I'd ever go back, but I did appreciate them correcting their oversights. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who lives in the country or frequents the lake like my husband. Dirt build up and grill bugs don't seem to be their specialty.
I will never return to this car wash. When I arrived they told me a couple hours so I expected 3 hours of waiting, well after 3 and a half hours I asked how much longer it would be they told me another 6 hours that there are 3 cars in front of mine. But yet I go outside there is one car in front of mine not even being worked on either.
But today was TERRIBLE, im handicap and use a rollator to walk with. I've ask them to keep my truck close. They called for my truck and I go outside and they park it in front of the mattress store. Are you Kidding me?
MY WIFE went inside to get your office manager and she got tbe key's and moved the truck back.
Paint restoration service performed on a black vehicle. Unbelievable results! After almost 4 yrs of my mediocre hand wash and wax skills, nothing I ever did comes close to the restoration service results. Scratches I thought were permanent virtually disappeared. Looks brand new. Very reasonably priced as well. Never been here before either.
